Saturday June 6, Jacquie's Zoom meeting with her staff!

Jacquie: GOOD MORNING! Great news, girls! Craig has all the required barriers installed and we will be ready to open on Tuesday. Thanks to Vanessa, I think we will be booked solid until the 20th or so. Calls and texts keep coming in for appointments.

CeCe: I'm really excited to get back to work and see Chicago opening up again!

MaryAnn: I hope we will have room to work, all the restrictions may be hard to realize in such a small space.

Vera: Well, I think we will be very close friends when this is all over. See you Tuesday!

Jacquie: I know we will be tight, and we will reassess how the space is working after a few days. Vanessa will continue to be in charge of scheduling, so we won't have to answer the phones, unless we are personally beeped. Each station will have their own phone.

We are allowing only three appointments at any one time, and 15 minutes between appointments to thoroughly clean stations and equipment.

I've sent you all the work schedules, we will be open 8-8, and I think we will maintain at least 40 hours a week for everyone. You each will have two days off, and we will of course be closed on Sundays.

Vanessa: Hi, ladies. Thank you for all the contacts you have sent in. I have tried to match up clients to requested operators and the time they wish to come in. So far, clients just want IN, so they have been very flexible. Just let me know if you wish to change your schedules, ahead of time. Thanks again!

Jacquie: If there aren't any questions, I will see MaryAnn and Vera Tuesday at 7AM, and CeCe at 1PM. We have all the masks, and disposable client capes we will need. And, gallons of cleaning solutions. I've stocked up on lotions.

Please bring your own lunch, as there just won't be a way to have coffee or food available for us or the clients. We will have bottled water available, only. Our space is quite tight with all the barriers. I can't wait to see you all!

Oh, and I have a goodie bag with lotion hand soap and a sanitizer as a thank you for our first customers. Make sure they receive one when they pay, oh and credit/debit cards only---no cash, until this pandemic is over!
