First ball of the night is a strike for Todd (Dad).
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Yay, Richelle! A strike!
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Rocky follows through, what will be the result! A spare---too, bad!
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Refreshments between turns!
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
There goes Richelle again! STRIKE!
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Wheeeee!
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Ryan concentrates, he has to get a strike.
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Oh no---a split!
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Don't worry---Rocky will save the day, Ryan.
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Rocky has another smooth release, will it do it?
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Nice Strike Rocky!
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
Dad throws one more strike!
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
What's the scores?
barbieoldnewgreenredo |
The ladies are ahead by 2 pins Dad!

Better luck next time champ!
Now, on to the Rod and Gun club
(to be continued)
Diorama Notes: Bowling lanes are from a cardboard box.
Pins and balls are kids' table top toys.
Colored lights above the pins were battery votives. (These were not strong enough-may have to use like 6 inside the box, next time.)
Ball return is a tape covered plastic box.
Lanes are accented with craft foam strips and silver duct tape.
Flooring is actual living room floor in real life.
Walls: Blue -craft foam- Gray and white-textured art paper.
Dolls: Richelle is a recent Barbie on a vintage reticulated body.
Ryan and Dad are articulated Ryan dolls, Dad(Todd) has chalk pen, beard and hair alterations.
Mom(Barbie TNT-with original body with hair cut and chalk pen grayed hair)
Rocky is an articulated 'Alan' doll or a prince.
NEXT TIME, I will set this up on the table with flooring scraps as---I'm too old to be crawling around on the floor to take pictures!
